If it's the first time you are using this webcam on this computer you will have to install the drivers and software that came with it. Follow the instruction provided with the webcam. Once it's installed plug it in and allow a few seconds for the computer to recognise the camera before reloading the webpage. |
| Or it could be because you have more than one installed on your computer (including virtual ones) and the wrong one is currently selected. |
Right-click (or Mac-click) anywhere in the blue box and choose "Settings...". A small window will appear with a row of icons along the bottom. Click on the icon that looks like a webcam. From the dropdown menu chose a the webcam you want to use. If there are none to chose from then you should install the drivers and software that came with your webcam and refresh the page. |

It's very rare that people can't see and record the video from this website, and I'm surprised and sorry that this is the case for your computer. |
At this stage the only thing we can suggest is to find a local internet cafe. |
