How to arrange
BOOK A WEDDING WEBCAST
It's easy to arrange a wedding webcast and set up your personal Wedsite. We recommend that you first tell us about your wedding by filling in the enquiry form, and someone from Wedding Streams will check the compatability of your venue and get in touch with you. If we need to travel to the venue for further tests, this may incur a charge to cover our costs, but we will always check this out with you in advance.
LOGGING IN
1.In advance of your big day, we will set you up with your own Wedsite, (available in a choice of styles and colour themes to match your wedding.)
2.We then issue you with a password and username, exclusive for your wedding, and you can forward this email invitation to all the guests who you'd like to watch and share your big day, through the Internet.
3.Your guests simply go to www.weddingstreams.co.uk and use your unique Wedsite username and password to log in and watch your wedding webcast live as it happens
4.Guests can record a video telegram in advance of or after the wedding, simply and easily using their own webcam and following step-by-step instructions. Or they can simply write a message in your online guestbook. These messages will be kept live along with your dedicated wedding website for one week after your ceremony.
5.Your personally invited guests can watch the ceremony itself live on full-screen quality resolution, wherever they are. All they need is a computer and a basic broadband Internet connection.
6.You can get your Best Man to show the video telegrams and read the messages from guests later in the day, bringing a lovely freshness to a special tradition!
WHAT HAPPENS
Once booked (with time, date and place) Wedding Streams produce your personalised and password protected Wedsite, then at your wedding, we discretely film your wedding using broadcast quality cameras. And you don't need to do, or worry about anything.
The ceremony and telegrams will be kept live for two weeks after your big day, so plenty of time to watch and re-watch it. You can even order a DVD of the webcast, as an additional service, or opt to have the ceremony kept online for longer.
